From Fit to Fabulous - an evening focusing on Total Wellbeing
Starting on 5th July we begin our new fit to fabulous evening. 45 minute Zumba class with certified Zumba teacher Adele Abela Benjamin
This will be followed at 8.30 by a weekly session of Meditation & inspiration with bestselling author & Transformational Life CoachAngela Caine. Topics to be covered include...How to deal with negative people/thoughts, Increase your well being and happiness by controlling your mind chatter, Mindfulness, Inner Peace and much more! If you want to get more peace and calm in your life then this session is not to be missed!
